Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 1-2 hours of placing it for a full refund.
After Dispatch: Cancellation is not allowed once the order is shipped. However, you may opt for a return after delivery (as per our return policy).

Returns & Refunds

100-Night Free Trial – If unsatisfied, you may return your mattress within 100 days of delivery.
Return Conditions: The mattress must be in usable condition with no damage or any dark stains. Pickup will be arranged by us.
Refund Process: Once the return is approved, refunds are processed within 7 working days.

Note: 100-Night Free Trial is not applicable on the Durest ComfortX model only. If you return the mattress under our 100-night trial, please return the included free gifts (pillows, protector, bedsheets) in unused condition. If not returned, their value 2000 rupees (50% of MRP) will be deducted from your refund the original selling price.

Custom Orders

Custom-size mattresses cannot be canceled or returned after manufacturing has begun.

Refund Eligibility & Mode of Refund

Refunds are processed in the same payment mode as the original purchase (Return allowed after minimum 30 nights).
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
