Refund & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 1-2 hours of placing it for a full refund.
After Dispatch: Cancellation is not allowed once the order is shipped. However, you may opt for a return after delivery (as per our return policy).
Returns & Refunds
100-Night Free Trial – If unsatisfied, you may return your mattress within 100 days of delivery.
Return Conditions: The mattress must be in usable condition with no damage or stains. Pickup will be arranged by us.
Refund Process: Once the return is approved, refunds are processed within 7 working days.
Custom Orders
Custom-size mattresses cannot be canceled or returned after manufacturing has begun.
Refund Eligibility & Mode of Refund
Refunds are processed in the same payment mode as the original purchase.
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
