Fair Trial: We ask that you give your Sleep With Durest a fair trial for a minimum of 2 weeks. Studies show it typically takes this long for your body to adjust to a new mattress.
Proof for Return: For return requests, we will require photographic evidence of the mattress in its original condition. Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in the cancellation of your return request.
Refund Decision: The final decision on refunds under the 100 Nights Trial offer will be made by Sleep With Durest. The company reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet the Terms and Conditions of this offer.
