Return & Refund Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied within 30 nights of sleeping on your new Sleep With Durest, you may return it (applicable on selected mattresses) and you are entitled to a full refund. Products must be in good condition to be eligible for return (e.g., no stains, tears/damage, or other soiling including odors).

Once you have purchased your Sleep With Durest, you have up to 30 days to request your return.

Returns for website purchases must be made directly via our website through the Contact Us page, or through email at info@sleepwithdurest.com.

Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to order the mattress.

Your original mattress will be scheduled for pick-up within 7 working days of receiving the ‘return’ or ‘refund’ request with the necessary information.

Please note, the collections can take up to 5 business days.

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel the order (or part of the order) within 24 hours of the order confirmation, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier. In case you wish to cancel the order post-dispatch, cancellation charges will be applicable.

In case of receiving a damaged product, please inform our customer service team within 3 days of product delivery by calling us on 9628100553 or send us an email to info@durestmattress.com.

The 100-day trial is only applicable on sleepwithdurest.com and not on any third-party website or marketplace.

The final decision on the warranty, whether to repair or replace the product, will be made by the company.

Terms and Conditions

• 30 Nights Trial: The 30 Nights Trial is applicable for the first 30 nights from the date of delivery.
• Applicability: The 30 Nights Trial is applicable only on selected standard-size mattresses and is not available on custom-size mattresses.
• Custom Size Mattresses: Cancellations are not allowed on custom-size mattresses.
• Inapplicability on Marketplace Orders: The 30 Nights Trial Policy is not applicable on orders placed via Amazon, Flipkart.
• Exceptions to Return/Refund: Return and Refund on 30 Nights Trial offer will not be applicable if the product falls under an exception to Return/Refund under the 30 Nights Trial.
• Eligibility: Our 30 Nights Trial offer applies only to the original purchaser of a genuine Sleep With Durest purchased from www.sleepwithdurest.com or any other authorized website.
• Fair Trial: We ask you to give your Sleep With Durest a fair trial for a minimum of 2 weeks. Research shows that it typically takes this much time for your body to adjust to a new mattress!
• Proof for Return: We will need photographic proof of the product from your end while opting for a return. We may cancel the request if you fail to provide sufficient proof.

Exceptions to Return/Refund under 30 Nights Trial

• There should be no sign of dirt or damage on the mattress.
• The 30-nights trial does not cover the exchange of your mattress due to an incorrect size ordered by you.
• This policy is not applicable on accessories.

Warranty Term

The 10-year limited warranty begins from the date of purchase and is valid for 10 years. If a manufacturing defect is found within the first year of purchase, the mattress will be repaired or replaced with a then-current comparable model and size. For defects after the first year, a Prorated Credit Settlement will apply. This means you’ll receive progressively less credit for each year you’ve owned the mattress. We recommend replacing mattresses every 8-10 years for hygiene purposes.

Warranty Covers

• Visible indentation or sagging of the mattress greater than 1.5 inches, not resulting from improper use, an improper bed, bed base, or foundation.
• A manufacturing defect in the cover zipper (excluding breakage due to improper handling).
• Any physical defects in the material or workmanship, subject to limitations described in this warranty.

Warranty Does Not Cover

• Issues resulting from normal wear and tear or improper use. The intended use of the mattress is for sleeping, resting, and laying on it. Any other use will void your warranty.
• Normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic flaws, stains, tears, burns, and discoloration.
• Indentations, sagging, or body indentations less than 1.5 inches deep.
• Personal opinions regarding the softness, firmness, or attributes of the mattress.
• Mattresses purchased from unauthorized distributors or second-hand sources.
• Physical damage caused by the customer.
• Allergies or sensitivities to fabrics or materials.
• Damage caused by animals, rodents, or children.
• Naturally occurring aromas from foam, cotton, or other materials.
• A normal increase in softness of the foam pressure-relieving material that does not affect the mattress's pressure-relieving qualities.

Wash and Care Instructions

• Cleaning: Use a soft, damp, clean cloth and gentle circular motions to clean the mattress. Light fabric cleaning products may be used. Do not machine wash or machine dry the mattress cover.
• Placing a new mattress on an old foundation: Ensure the foundation is in good condition, as a faulty foundation may make the mattress appear sagging.
• Do not bend the mattress or its corners, as this could damage the foam.
• Always protect the mattress from water and other liquids.

Note: When you use your mattress, slight depression may occur as the mattress conforms to your body shape. This is normal and will not reduce the comfort level. These are called Body Impression Marks.

Trial Policy

Trial policy is not applicable on accessories.

Refund Policy

Refund will be processed within 48 hours once the mattress is received at our warehouse. Normally, banks take 7-10 days to credit the refund to the customer’s respective bank account.
